The boneless ribeye roast is essentially a standing rib roast without the bones. Beautifully marbled and rich in flavor, it is easier to carve without the bones, and still boasts succulent, tender meat when properly cooked. Unlike a ribeye steak that would typically be grilled or pan-fried, a whole ribeye roast should be slow cooked in the oven. You could also purchase a roast and cut it into individual steaks. This is a versatile cut we are excited to offer at Fields Edge Farms!
