Our stew beef is well-trimmed beef, cut into 3/4 to 1 1/2-inch pieces. It is cut from the sirloin as well as other tender cuts. To cook stew beef make sure that it is covered with liquid and simmered slowly in a covered pot. It has a rich beefy flavor.
